"Legal Advice and Clinical Ethics - Better Together?"

UKCEN’s 2024 pre-conference workshop will be facilitated by Nichola Halpin and Ben Troke, both Partners at Weightmans Solicitors who have extensive experience in the healthcare sector and as members of NHS Clinical Ethics Committees. Nichola and Ben will present an update on law and medical treatment decisions, and developments in NHS in-house law. Delegates will have an opportunity to consider what opportunities there may be for collaboration between law and ethics to promote progress towards establishing consistently available clinical ethics support in the NHS.
