The IME Student Council would like to invite you to attend their second annual conference, aimed at all students and foundation doctord with an interest in medical ethics. With a range of talks and workshops encompassing clinical and research ethics as well as global health issues the day promises to be both highly interesting and engaging!

(a deposit of £20 is required to book your place which will be refunded upon attendance on the day)

Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission process is now open for both oral and poster presentations. Deadline for submissions is Thursday 20th December and you will be notified of your submission outcome by 7th January 2019. 

IME Conference Grants


We are offering a limited number of conference grants of up to £200 to cover conference travel and, if appropriate, accommodation. Priority will be given to students presenting papers or posters. To apply, please download the conference grant application form via the IME website and refer to the conference grant guidelines: https://bit.ly/2eWhZTt. The closing date for conference grant applications is 2nd January 2019.
